Leak from Rear Slider Window

Leak from Rear Slider Window
I have noticed that when it rains or I wash my truck I get two water spots on my rear seats about six inches from each end. However, when looking at the rear window, I can't see any water on the glass or aluminum slider that glass sits in. This is very puzzling to me. I called a couple of glass shops and no one will deal with it. I called the dealership and they told me to replace the rear window at a cost of $550.
I can see that there is a rubber seal around the window but still cannot see any signs of water penetrating through it or around it. This is driving me nuts. I am not sure if anyone else has had this happen and might be able to shed some light on the subject.
Searching around here I have seen many people mention the fact of a leaking seal around the third brake light. However, my headliner is not wet either, just the top of the seats. Has anyone tried spraying silcone spray on the seals? Do the rubber seals on the actual sliders rot like a windshield wiper?

Thanks,
That's what is was. I got a new gasket from the dealer and when I took mine off, it did not even look like I had one. There was just pieces of foam crumbs everywhere.
