Infinity Radio Problems

I have an 02 dodge, with the infinity system. Only half of my speakers work, the drivers front and passenger rear. Sometimes the passenger front would work along with the driver rear. Now they aren't working at all. I took the passenger side door card off and checked my connections and they are all good, also pulled the radio and checked the connections there. Anybody have any idea would cause the passenger front and drivers rear speakers to not work???

I had the same problem on my infinity system on my 95 on the drivers...No sound from the tweeter...And the mid range would not work...Only the base could be heard...just barely..

Luckly...I found a dodge truck with the same infinity system...I replaced both those speakers and that fixed my problem...I had bad speakers...I think the amp could of burn't out...

Probably the amps (speakers).
Had a guy come in here with a NON-Infinity system. His radio would not work at ALL. lit up but no sound.
He wanted a radio, so, I sold him a radio. He came back said it wouldn't work either. Exchanged for another. Two days later he was back again. He wasn't happy with me at all.
I took the radio out my truck and put it in his truck. Nothing.
He was no longer upset. BUT, now we were both a bit baffled.
An hour later he was on his way home and happy.
ALL FOUR of his speakers were bad. LOL. (what are the odds....)

By playing the radio at low volume the voice coils in the speakers hardly move and can seize up, very common problem. So crank it up every now and then and "drive" them speakers.
