I Need A Fuel Tank Fast!

I managed, as impossible as that sounds, to damage yet another tank. I need another one asap and this time ebay's not coming to my aid. So who has one for my dang truck.

also...do i need a tank from a diesel or will a gasser tank work, and i assume it dosen't matter if its long bed, short bed, ext cab or etc....at least i hope

I have a 35 gallon long box tank, it is only the tank, no sending unit. PM me if you are interested. I am closer than the other guy. Fuel tanks cannot be shipped.

OK,
Let me rephrase that, you can do it but it is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. At work we ship all over the place, and fuel tanks are a big NO NO.

Fuel tank shipping

Mcmopar,
If you are involved in shipping at your work than you should have access to the CFR 49. Go to 173.150F and it will explain that shipping diesel fuel tanks is very much legal. Because of the flash point of diesel being so high it is unregulated for ground shipping. So if diesel fuel is all that you put in your tank than it can go ground without a problem. If you have any questions you can call DOT at 1-800-467-4922.

well i just picked up the tank. its off of a 99 3500, the guy says it fits 99-02 2500, 3500, so well see, but it sure looks a little different. Just outta curiosity, anyone know whether a gasser tank would work here
