High beams

Hey guys Ummm... I do most of my driving in the dark adn I allways use the high beams of course adn a couple weeks ago the brights will not stay on after I hit them... but I can hold the siglnal lever in a bit until they tuen on.. but some times they will stay on when I hit them... so I don't knwo if the lever is not locking or what ever the crap it does.. btu i hope some ones got somethin for me... thanks guys

Classic multi function switch dying symptoms.

You can try excercising it, but best bet is have it replaced.

$60 USD for '94-'00 from dealer. Never checked if an auto parts store can get them but bet they can.
I've been able to keep mine going by shifting it back and forth from hi to lo occasionally, figure it's just dirt on the contacts and that a new switch will eventually do the same thing so never replaced mine.
