Headliner removal

Has anybody removed the headliner in a club cab truck? I have a 95' club cab and the headliner is starting to droop and I want to replace it, but I don't know for sure if it will fit out the door if I angle it or not, or if it is involved as taking out the back glass to do so. Thought I would ask on here and see if anybody else has done this.

You should be able to bend it in half and when you put it back up never notice where it was bent. Ive only pulled one out of a single cab.

All the manual says is "extract headliner through door opening" as the final step.

I did it on my 98 quad cab when I put in the lights up top...but I have the suicide doors. It barely squeaked by with the back doors open (without major bending). I don't really see how you could get it out of your truck without bending it up a whole bunch.

How long is the headliner and how long is your opening on the diagonal?

I removed the passenger seat to reinstall mine. I would have removed it before if I had known how tight getting it out with the seat in was.

Thanks for the tip on removing the seat, I need to put an new motor in the driver's seat and am going to have to replace the whole base, so I might just do that and the headliner at the same time.
