Headlight Housing

A while back Bambi sacrificed himself to the truck gods and took out the passenger side turn signal and headlight housing on my truck. Now it's time to put it back together and I am looking for the real name of the plastic housing that holds the headlight and turn signal in place. I'l even take suggestions if anybody knows a good place to get it.

A junkyard, Ebay, or the dealer is gonna be your best bet.

Somewhere on this sight there was a link given that had a national database on junkyard's and parts they had. My computer died and I lost all my favorites though. So if anybody out there remembers what it was, please, jump in here.

There's a bunch on e-bay. Search dodge pickup in parts and accessories.

Aftermarket auto body suppliers have them at low prices if you have any contacts in auto repair or body shops, I bought one for driver's side of my truck for good price through Parts Channel

I bought two brand new ones off of ebay for $85 total including shipping, even had headlight bulbs and locking rings! Included the bracket and lenses. One of those dang guide wires that anchors a telephone pole "jumped" out in front of me, those suckers are quick! Clipped my left side, I just replaced both cause the other was kinda hazy anyway....WOW they're a ton brighter than the faded originals!!!

I think I was to vague on what I need, because I hunted all over e-bay and never could find it. My headlight is intact, its the plastic housing behind it that holds it in place I'm looking for. Bambi took out my turn signal completely but the headlight was intact. My biggest problem is it points at the road just in front of the bumber, I can't aim it, it's just resting there.

Are you looking for a headlight adjuster? This is what lets you adjuster the aim of the headlight. If thats is what you need try a parts store. But don't be surprised if you have to buy the whole headlight assembly. There is also a piece in there called the carrier bracket that i think mounts to the radiator support panel. Find a picture of the the headlight, turn signal and mounting bracket and see if what you need comes with them already assembled.

Search "dodge pickup" under parts and acces in ebay for the whole assembly. I am sure you can get just the mounting bracket from the dealer or a body shop but at what price, might be cheaper to just get the whole thing.
