so i bought my 02 ram 2500 over a month ago and the first night i thought it would be cool to fill it up for the first time and when i did it filled up 25 gallons but the fuel guage said it was three quarters full i thought that was kinda weird then the next week ran it outta fuel when the guage said only at three quarters so i have jusgt been driving by the odometer what might be the problem?

 

sending unit. Do your own research but include centroid.

Mine was like that for almost 2yrs. Not anymore I replaced the sending unit in the tank now all good. I took bed off to do it pretty simple.
