Hello all! This is my first post and it's not even for myself. The Question is about front speakers on a 98 slt. My uncle bought used with no radio. Replaced with new Kenwood unit and bought the harness adaptor to wire in. Problem is the front speakers do not work. Rears work fine. He says wires that leave harness in the dash do not match wires at speakers. He also said that there are multiple wires going to speakers none of which match dash wiring. Radio is good as he tested with spare speaker. Any Ideas? We will probably resort to ringing wires out with meter, but just wondered if anyone had any input. All wiring is stock.Thanks

Sounds like you have the infinity system. All you need to do is hook up the power antenna wire and the factory amps will turn on.

Thank you so much. You were correct. All he did was hook the wire up to the ign. and now speakers work. Thanks again.
