Fog Lights Acting up
Hey All,
I was driving to the rig and had the fog lights on, switched on high-beam, fog lights turn off but when I switch back to low beam all filaments turn on and the fog lights come back on.
If I turn the fog lights off manually (push the switch in) after switching back to low beam, the fog lights turn off and the head lights will go to low beam again. Same thing happens if I turn off the headlight switch.
I bypassed the relays (original connector plugged directly to both 9007 bulbs) and the fog lights do not work at all.
Fogs generally turn off when hi-beams are switched on and turn back on when hi-beams are switched off.
haven't done any electrical work since or immediately before this started.
I have three relays, they run the bulbs as follows:
9007 Low beam
9007 High beam
9004 High beam
Just wondering if you have any suggestions on where to start looking to identify the culprit. All the relays, and bulb harnesses have new 12 Ga grounds and they are all tight.

I had a 'similar' problem with my plow light wire harness. I tracked it down to a bad relay. I really don't know what was happening, as each relay would turn on and off correctly - but as a trouble shooting step, I switched relays, and was able to get the problem to 'move'. Might want to give that a shot.
