Does This Sound About Right for an '01?

This sounds exactly like the story I've been told about a truck up here, execpt mileage is 137k, lol. I've been trying to deal on the truck up here, and every time I ask a question, I get different answers. Pretty shady deal if you ask me.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought all 2nd Gen 6 speeds had 4.10's from the get-go, part of the package.

Also, you can pop a headgasket with somewhat low power levels, pushing the stock turbo. I've seen it happen numerous times, pushed hard while cold. I've also seen 12 Valves with the timing set too high pop them, and stock to barely above stock power, but that's a different ball game.

The 2nd gens with 6spd was available with 3.55s. I have a DRW 01 with 3.55s.

Well if anyone is curious I got the truck. paid a bit more than I planned but not alot. I think I got a fair price. Most important thing is I'm happy...VERY happy! Man these things have some power!

I'll post up some pics after I pick it up Thursday.

And another note, After thinking about it, I am glad I got a modded truck. At first i thought I wanted a virgin one, but after realizing I would be doing almost all the exact same stuff, I am saving myself alot of money by getting one already modded.

Especially since the guy I bought it from got all the work done at Advanced Diesel Technology, and has the receipts to prove it. They look like a reputable shop.
