Wink Does this sound right?

I took my truck in for a few items to be repaired. One being the loose grab handle on the drivers side pillar. The service writer just called me to tell me that I’ll need to handle that repair myself. When I installed my Xmonitor, I drilled holes into the plastic. For this reason, he says Dodge won’t accept the part back under warranty. I didn’t realize that the Xmonitor, was so heavy that it would cause so much strain on the pillar that it would cause it to get loose.

I’m worried about making a stink, because I forgot to remove the Edge box. All I’d need to do is make this guy mad, and he might void my power train warranty.

If you modified the handle in any way then I'd be very surprised if you found any dealer that would fix it for you.

Well, let's all keep our fingers crossed. My wife will have my hide if I come up needing any major repairs.

The first service writer I had was cool about the upgrades listed, but this guy is whole nother deal.
