Does anyone else....

...wanna just go start their trucks and listen to them idle for a bit, and then go cruise just because of this forum? This may be sad to say, but gosh darnit I fall in love with my truck more and more every day just by reading these forums.

Yep, instant thrills when I lay into the go pedal and hear the turbo scrEEEAM. Another favorite thrill is listening to my 509 idle at the boat dock running 112VP race fuel. Music to our ears!

...and the gas stations wallet. You go through more gas idling than I do fuel at full throttle in my truck!

and yea....unmuffled anything is heavenly if you ask me. Personally my favorite sound is the exhaust note on my snowmobile at WOT.

All I know is once I get off work (and have been reading through DTR) I feel like racing anyone and just burn 5 times as much fuel going home than normal. (Not that my truck is that fast anyways

Haha I don't ever feel the urge to go let it idle , but all my friends think it's weird that I offer up to drive most all of the time haha. I've always loved driving bigger trucks and when I get the chance I certainly do all the driving.

Good, so I know I'm not the only one. Sometimes if I'm bored I'll go for a drive for no particular reason. My speakers haven't been working for the past year but I haven't even noticed. The sound of the Cummins is my music. I really need to try to stay away from the forums a little bit. It consumes a large portion of my time.
