clunking or jerking related to throttle

So ever since I have had my truck I have had a jerk when I mash the skinny pedal or if I let off quickly. I have learned to drive with it, if I ease into the throttle or ease out there is no issue, but if I let off quick it jerks same goes if i stop on the throttle. Feels like a motor mount, but I checked all of that and all seems good. I have been told about the throttle springs, but that sounds like it will jerk even at a constant speed, I only get a jerk with abrupt throttle changes.

I had a guy tell me it sounds like clutch springs? but my clutch is holding just fine. Another told me worn clutch packs in the rear end, but both tires spin. Any ideas?

there is some play in the carrier bearing, maybe 1/4" or 3/16" is that enough to cause a clunk?
