Jerking when Stomping on the throttle

I have a 92 W250 4x4 5-speed, and when i go to stomp on the gas it will jerk and if i let off really quick, kinda like if a Universal joint was going bad. but i look at them and they seem to be alright considering if i checked right. im thinking maybe the transfer case? what do you guys think? any hel p is appreciated, Thanks

Checked your clutch and/or throw out bearing lately?

Easy solution ; don't stomp on the loud pedal and let of the clutch slower. It's a 5000+ lb truck you're driving, not a dragster.

Look real hard at the rubber components of the engine and transmission mounts.

Also check the cross pin (if open diff) or diff clutches.

Wheelhop, maybe? I have a 93, and it will hop if it loses traction. Hate the lift blocks.

Mine does the same thing, but it doesn't take a lot of throttle to cause it. It's most noticable when I let off the throttle abruptly at freeway speeds and then get back into it. My u-joints are good, the clutch is new, and i don't have any slop in the drive line, when twisting it by hand. If it was a bad motor or tranny mount wouldn't I see my shifter move from side to side as this was happening?

To fix it right now, I just try and drive and shift in a way that doesn't cause the clunking.
