Cheap place to get brake rotor shields?

Dealer wants $50 ea. Didn't want to create a new thread, but I need a fast answer so I can get this truck back togother.

The way I figure it the way vehicle manufacturers pinch pennies doubt if they would give you any extra parts if they could get by without them.
The spacer presses against a seal that helps keep dirt out of the bearing.

OK by that then I'm guessing the big round O-ring was the seal on the back side of the hub/bearing. The seals came out with the spacers. I don't think it's possible to replace that seal is it?
