More than likely it's dealer or junk yard.

 

Boooooo, that's what I figured. Not required though are they? What about that little spacer?

 

The way I figure it the way vehicle manufacturers pinch pennies doubt if they would give you any extra parts if they could get by without them.
The spacer presses against a seal that helps keep dirt out of the bearing.

 

OK by that then I'm guessing the big round O-ring was the seal on the back side of the hub/bearing. The seals came out with the spacers. I don't think it's possible to replace that seal is it?
