I rain-x the lower half the inside of my windsheild and it doesn't fog up much. Can't hurt to try. Also, on my hockey sheild, I put soap on it, then wipe off, and it never fogs.

I've heard a raw potato rubbed on the inside of the glass is supposed to work, but personally I haven't tried that one. My windshield fogs up something terrible whenever it's raining. I've just sorta resigned myself to it, but it's good to hear things that work. I'll try the Rain-X. I love that stuff for the outside of the windshield.

Rain-X makes an anti-fog solution for just this situation.

You aren't losing coolant are you? The fog doesn't have a sickly sweet smell to it does it? A leaky heater core can also cause this.
