Cab Cracked Out

Cab Cracked Out
I found it not to long after i bought the truck in 05. the cab is cracked right at the front body mount. its sags around 2 inches or so. mostly on the drivers side but a little on the passenger side too. is this a real commin problem. this is 1 of the MANY problems i have had with this truck in the almost 2 years i have had it. From what i have seen with this truck it looks like it was rode hard and put away wet for most of its life,
I need to fix the floor and i wonder if i should just weld up the cracks or replace the floor pans???? it wouldnt take too long to weld up the cracks but i dont know if they would hold up for very long.
let me know what you guys think.

Mine has a rotted drivers side cab mount that I had to weld patches onto.. as well as some buckling there like who knows what happened. maybe a collision?
I wouldnt trust the flooring for long. I know mine rotted in a few spots and I had to weld in patches anyways.
if it was me Id take a cutoff wheel and just zip off all the bad parts and just weld in new stuff while its all opened up anyhow.
Take some compressed air to those cab mounts from time to time, they collect muck and water.
