Brakes pulling to left
Brakes pulling to left
On a trip over the weekend all at once upon heavy breaking the truck started pulling to the left. I have done a search and found some discussion about checking hoses and lubrication the caliper bolts. Is there any type of equization valve in this system that could have a block?
He has an "02" with 115K miles. Previous post.
More than likely you have a caliper hanging up. If you haven't flushed your brake fluid every other year (like you are suppose to
) then its corrosion in the caliper. I would start with the left one and just replace it with a rebuilt one, or better yet do both and flush the entire system. The left one seems to go first.
Brake fluid is the most neglected fluid in your truck.
