Brake Problems

Well I just replaced all the brakes on my truck(shoes, wheel cylinders, pads, and rotors) and now the brakes are worse than before, pedal is very very soft. I didn't think they could get any worse than they were but they did. I cracked the bleeders when I pushed the calipers back in and the fluid that came out looked pretty clean, I also bled the entire system after I was done. Do I need to flush the system or do I have some type of master cylinder/ brake booster problem. Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions.

Josh

Sounds to me like you have air in the system. If the peddle is very, very soft, I'd say the power brake booster is ok. Maybe the master cylinder. But was the peddle this soft before the pad and shoe exchange? If not, I'd re-do the bleeding process.
