Post Brake problem

97 Dodge Cummins, 3/4 ton PU. Please keep in mind I have done everything you can do to brakes except the ABS. I have a surging problem. This first occured around 50,000 miles when I first replaced my brakes. Since then it has been a problem. The brakes surge when stopping, exactly like bad rotors or out of round drums. The brakes have been completely, COMPLETELY, replaced, rotors, drums, calipers, pads, drum pads. lines purged, everything except ABS. Through the dealer and rechecked by another dealer. Tires and Wheels have been proven as not a factor.

Original brakes were replaced by a local shop, and since then it has been a problem. They gave up and I went to another local shop. They eventually gave up. I decided to go to the dealer since it is their truck, they built it. A total of 3 months in 2 dealers shops later (total time it was in the shop) and 3 calls to Chrysler customer care, the dealers have both given up and Chrysler says to get the area Manager to come and look at it. The dealer tells me the truck is to old and they won't come out to look at it. $900 later and 3 months, I'm not happy and my truck is not repaired.

I brought to the attention of the service manager an article about a Chevy PU whose speed sensor was dirty and it was doing the same thing. I was told the speed sensors are different and the ABS light would light up.

You people are my last chance. Any Ideas.

Thanx
