i have 95 ram 3500 4x4 and the brake pedal is slow to return then stops 3/4's up and i have to pull it the rest of the way with my foot. i changed brake booster and still did not correct the problem. took master cylinder off and worked it manually and it returns back fine but when its all on the trucj the brake pedal still acts stupid. any help???
