Is this the block heater plug?

I've been looking for my block heater plug in preparation for winter (this is my first winter with the truck). I found the cord pictured below dangling behind the passenger side headlamp. I was guessing it is the block heater plug, but it does not seem to want to accept an extension cord male end. Am I missing a part or is this not even the block heater recepticle?

Block heater plug looks like any other male extention cord plug. Should be to the left of the radiator near the grille.

thanks ds1rider, I found it after some more searching. Not sure what the heck that thing is I took a photo of. I just tucked it away in the space behind the right side headlight.

It's for fog lights, you'll find one on the other side also.

If its for fog lights, where would I "activate" the wires so I could utilize the wiring?

I have the same plugs, I have a Laramie, but I don't have fog lights.

Thanks!

Maybe you have aftermarket fog lights?
I literally spent hours looking for the other end of the fog light wires under the dash with no success. Gave up and ran my own wiring.

Are you sure they are fog light plugs? Mine don't look like that and they are factory, pluss the kit I bought from dodge for a 99 1500 don't have any plugs on the wires like that.

The side view looks to be part of the airbag impact sensor harness.
