Anyone Replaced The Foam In Drivers Seat Bottom ?

Has anyone replaced the foam in the drivers seat bottom? Mine has 75k on it and is slightly leaning toward the door from being smashed down. Does anyone have a source for this or is the dealer the only option.Has anyone done this or have a link to a thread talking about it.

Thanks Stevo

You dont really have to change the foam. Take the seat out of the truck. Pull the seat apart. Pull the foam off. Install a chunk of carpet under the foam so that the carpet is sitting on the springs. Put the seat back together. The seat will now be much better.

I placed a new piece of 2" high density foam under the original seat foam. If you do it, use 1". 2" is too much.

I will look for a passenger seat from a wrecker, and use that on the driver side.

I took mine to upholstery shop. They pulled seat out and added foam to
left side of seat and reinstalled for $65.00
