777,777 thousands miles... WOW!

I just bought my truck with 160K on it. Has 162K on it now. I plan on hitting 200+K in the next year.

I just rolled over 300k a week or so ago, so I hope so. The only way that it wouldn't make it to 500k w/ me is if the wife really makes me sell her.(New baby came Friday night) But I would have to agree w. JFox, 500k is halftime.

No TV's, bickering kids, demanding wife, pushy co-workers...nada, nothing, just the Cummins to listen to. To be perfectly honest, I don't even listen to the radio or cd much anymore.

I hope the HATE part fades as I throw every part known to mankind at the front end. I've installed Moog balljoints and Lukes Links on the tierods and track bar. This week I may be able to order a DSS. A quicker ratio steering box, urethane control arm bushings and a new steering shaft are very likely. I may convert to the 03 trackbar as well, I think the design is much better...just takes mo' money

I LIKE it even more after I checked Edmunds price on an 04 4x2 ST with a 6sp and the Cummins...invoice 29,000.00 with no other options

You could wait a few more years for hover panels.

But seriously, have you concidered an axle swap?

131,000 and runs better than any vehicle I have ever owned. My wife just turned 400,000 on her mercedes 300d turbo diesel. Mine is faster but hers does get slightly better fuel mileage. 500,000 is definitely in the cards for me. I don't want a new truck. I don't like the way they look. Just give me a new cummins.

I've got a 99' that just hit 68,000 miles. I've got a long way to go but the engines strong and I plan to drive it till the wheels fall off. i won't even consider trading up until I get through college.

It'll take me 15 years to reach 500k miles. So no... Although I'm hoping I won't need to do any engine work the whole time I have it.
