Air bag light came on
#2
A lot of times its the clock spring in the colume. Does it make a plastic crunching noise when you are turning? Otherwise anything in the Air bag system will set it off.

Mine came on repeatedly, it was the clockspring in the column. It was a matter of waiting til a new one came in, and it takes about 1/2 hour to replace, if that.
First time, the light came on for a few minutes, then went away, it didn't happen again for a few days. after about 3 days, it would come on every time you turned the wheel more than 90 degrees either way. There were no unusual noises associated with it either, no crunching, no grinding, just normal action, and a bad clockspring.
