AC Compressor staying on all the time

It cycles on and off like its supposed to but acts like the AC is on always. The compressor will come one anytime the truck is running be it whith the heat on or everything on the climate control panel turned off. Has anyone ever experienced this problem?

With it turned off the A/C compressor should not run. It should only run in the defrost mode, or when the directional **** is turned to blow at your feet & face or face, or on MAX A/C.

OK, thanks. I know I now have a problem I need to address. I guess I'll check for a stuck relay and if that doesnt fix it I'll try the temp control panel. Thanks for the help.
