Drama continues...Ugh!

OK... This is what I found so far...

If I slam the drivers door it will light the BRAKE / ABS LIGHTS. I took a wrench and start tapping on the door hinge area and the ABS / BRAKE continue to wink. If I bang the E-Brake pedal it will light also... But after I took the kick panel out there is nothing there but one ground wire that is in good shape and I check it for connection.

I trying to wiggle the wiring around to find the bad wire or loose connection but I don't see any wire in the tapping places... Driving me crazy to find it!

I can't let a DODGE Truck defeat me...

I'm about ready to record some video of this winking light and what trips it...

ABS LIGHT Drama still continues... HELP!

TIME TO PARTY!

I got it FIXED! It was a grey wiring harness on the firewall that had a weak connection. Unplugged and replugged the connector and the problem went away.

Whew! This is a really good adventure for ripping the poor truck apart...

Now I got to put Mom's truck back together...

Thanks for the information. My 96 just started doing the same thing last week. It's been driving me crazy!

I found that there also fuses under the hood that control the ABS computer too... Make sure they are good, clean, and seated completely...

There is also a fuse in the cab too the affects the ABS system...

I think that is it...
