Depends on the price, of course, but if the truck's overall appearance is good, i wouldn't worry too much. You can expect to be doing some repairs on any vehicle with this kind of mileage.

Re:99 1ton 350k ...any concerns?

Sorry but at arround $ 10k, I don't think so. I can easly find a mid 2nd gen truck for that kind of money, and it wouldn't have half the miles. To go that old, with those miles, you would have to factor in it will need a major overhaul on both engine and trand very very soon. And depending on how it was kept, wheel bearings, brakes, rear end, are all high wear, high dollar repairs. take your time on this one, and look it over very good.

Re:99 1ton 350k ...any concerns?

I found a 99 three quarter ton single cab pdl pw and cruise tilt and cassette, single cab that was in perfect condition with new tires and the outlaw rims for 9800.00, my old lady would not let me get it. The truck had a 5 speed and 76K. The truck was perfect. It was a great deal, however I think that is just to much in my mind for that truck you are looking at. I think you can find a 150,000 mile truck for around 12K. Look on ebay sometimes it will give you an idea. Hope this helps thanks Don

Next time just do what I do, don't tell. They will figure it out when it is setting in your drive way.

My advice.... Offer 7,000.00 and be prepared and to walk away if they refuse!

10K may seem like a bargain but you can and probably will put alot more than that into it.....
