OK so just in march truck passed inspection & had the ball joints replaced.I was in a small fender bender but never noticed nothing while driving till about a month ago.I hit a pothole&the truck started shaking really hard I slowed down it felt like it was gonna shake itself apart.
Lately it's been happening more seems to be more @ low speeds.The ds front tire has some eneveness to it gonna jack the front up&look@ it.But I'm not sure if that's it or what else to look for.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Death wobble. All kinds of information on this site but plan on track bar and ball joints. I cleared 4 lanes of I-65 the first time I had it.

well I grabbed the tierod end right before the sleeve & the trackball swivel's real easily doen&up or however you would explain it.I's that normal?On my 99 it doesn't do so.This truck is a 97

Get a helper and make him wiggle the steering wheel left to right- and take a look underneath your truck -
I bet that you will see the track bar moving in it's upper joint.
Do not lift the front axle to do this, truck needs to be on the ground!

You may also find play in other components.
After fixing what is wrong get an alignment.
