2wd suspension?

Just wondering if there was a way to get a little lift on a 97 2wd 1 ton. Here recently I had to haul some equipment to an old arena and the road had some deep ruts along the way.I know I got close to a few bet managed to make it without any probs. If I had a little more clearance then i could have an easier time getting to more places .. TIA

Guess no one has any input, Im probably going with a leveling kit and air bag kit with compressor and tank for the back.

Right, almost zero options for lifting the frame - I did mine by grafting the 4wd front frame section onto the rear section just under the seats, used the 4wd rear blocks.

Or you could find a 3500 gasser 4wd with a bad engine, switch everything over

Bigger tires? No matter how high you get the frame, your rear diff is still the low point. You can run 255/85s without spacers (depending on the rims) from what I understand.

Bingo!
not sure about the tire sizes, but no matter how much suspension lift you put on, you get zero additional ground clearance unless you put bigger tires on.
