Something keeps blowing the ignition fuse on my 1997. It is an intermittent problem which is making this really hard to track down. What would be a likely cause of this and how should I start to track down the problem?

I seem to remember something about bad starter contacts causing an issue with the ignition fuse or the solnoid for the injection pump, causing a no start condition
