Is there a cabin air filter in my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 (2x4). ??

No cabin filters in the 01 model year trucks to replace.

Yes genos has them called cab fresh filter system. Have had one on my 01 for at least ten years. Does it work or help, sure it definitely keeps the crap and chunks out of your heater core box and helps with the dust and stuff but don't expect miracles the filter media is not nearly as tight as a modern day cabin filter.
