While driving donw the road I Have a slight whining noise, but it seems to be intermintint *sp* It seems to be comming from the rear end but if I step on the clutch or coast at about 55 I cannot hear it. So it might be in the tranny, anybody have this same problem, or have fixed this problem? Thanks

Hard to say, but since it goes away when you push the clutch, it may be the thow-out bearing or clutch. How about putting it in neutral with the clutch out at speed. If the noise goes away, it is tranny or transfer case related, if it is still there, look to the bearing....

 

I think that I am about to throw a turbo, it seems to whine with the turbo then goes away when there is no boost. Ill let anybody know if they care. lol
