Yes, there is a plastic bushing inside the tube that supports the intermediate shaft, also a plastic pilot bushing that goes between the two shafts where they come together at the disconnect housing. Not a big deal. They wear out periodically, but don't seem too trouble prone.

 

Got one of those bushings also. I am talking about where the bearing is they want to sell me a bushing to replace the bearing.
