APPS reset
Yes the junk that I have is manual 5 spd. Has been bucking at 1100 to 1275 rpm since new. It has been bucking at 1700 , 1800 and 2200 RPM. My take on it is that it is shutting off the fuel shut off and then restarting. I have a very bad electrical arc in the electrical system ( others probably have the same prob but don't know it.) 
this is what is ruinning the running of it. The last cumins engine I ever buy. I shall phone the DDT today and try it.TOOOOO cold out side to put it on.-17*C
