Wet Stacking ...?

That's because you've never been in those shoes. When it's 110-130* in the day and 95-100* at night, and you are stuck in the middle of nowhere, you have no choice but to leave the truck idling all night with the A/C on while you catch a few hours of sleep.
Me personally, am afraid to leave my truck on for too long because of carbon monoxide poisening. My truck, with my new exhaust idles at 200* pre-turbo, and not untill 2,00RPM will it go over 320* pre turbo, so I'm pretty much stuck with not idling, or dealing with "wet-stacking".
Wet Stacking is much more of an issue with stand-by generator sets, and motors that don't see much of a load. If your trcuk is only idle 30% of the time, and is worked hard (Cruising 75MPH for an hour is enough), then wet-stacking shouldn't be to much of a concern, but anytime you have to idle for more than an hour a day, you should be running additives like injector cleaner, and lubrication additive.
If you are at all concerned about wet stacking, then get an e-brake, and a high idler. This can get EGT's over 500*, and will keep your heater working all night long if you need it.
