Weird electronic gremlin in 2001 gen. 2 HELP!

Hey everyone....I seldom post here, but I've found this site very helpful in diagnosing problems with my truck. First off, here's the stats:

2001 Dodge 2500 Cummins 5.9 quad-cab
No mods
192,000 miles

Here's the issue:

A few weeks ago, my truck starting "surging" if I drive any faster than 60 mph. Shortly thereafter, the ABS light and Brake light came on, and they are constantly illuminated anytime the truck is running. The following things are intermittent:

Check engine light
Airbag light
the phrase "No Bus" is displayed in the odometer field
Automatic door locks will spontaneously lock or unlock while driving (above 15 mph)
Spedometer will drop out alltogether or peg and max speed or just jump around
Inteirior lights will blink on and off unless I roll the courtesy lights all the way off

And of course, the engine will act as though it's running out of fuel but continue running causing the truck to "buck".

I've not brought the truck into the diesel mechanic, but I did go to Advance Auto parts and had the truck plugged into a diagnostic computer. Whether the truck was running or not, key on (truck off) or not, we could not get the computer to detect a sngle error code, neither a "hard" or "soft" error code was displayed over several attempts. According to the computer at Advance, there's nothing wrong with the truck.

I'm open to any and all suggestions. The truck still runs, I've been driving it daily for 3 weeks like this, and I continue to scratch my head.

Thanks!!

Could be a ground.....somewhere. I have tracked down the obvious grounds and verified that it is clean and tight.

Wasn't there a TSB on the instrument/gauge pannel shorting out for 01-02 trucks....just a thought? Yes, I'd check every single ground I could find starting w/the batts first.

I live in a very wet and humid environment, maybe that's it? Could you be a little more specific in what I should be looking for? Thanks!

If you look up right under the front of the drivers door, you should see the plugs about 1/3 of the way up.

Check your speed sensor and abs sensors. Ive heard the speed sensor can cause some strange gremlins.
