warmer weather better mpg

noticed the last couple of days my mpg has been steady going up according to the OHC. the weather has started to warm up so i am wondering if that has ant thing to do with it. driving the same route to work and on the same tank of fuel i have seen my mileage go up 2 mpg over the the last two days. the temperature has gone from 32 degrees to around 45 degrees the last couple of days. It is not because of the change to summer fuel because this is happening on the same tank of fuel.
If it keeps going up at this rate I figure one tank of fuel will last me all summer .
I did put a bottle of injector cleaner in when i filled up last but would that make that much of a difference, I didn't see any until I had at least half a tank used.

The injector cleaner could be increasing your mpg. Alot of the cleaners also have octane boosters in them.

Octane boosters are for gas engines and cetane booster is for diesel engines, chances are if injector cleaner improved your milage that much there is a lot of carbon fouling due to low speed driving. Find a heavy load and drive the crap out of it up a large hill several times and it will run better, these engines are work engines and need to work to stay clean internally. PK
