Seat Warmer Install?

I've done the search and saw a few pictures but how hard is it to actually install seat heaters under cloth seats. I have a 04.5 2500 CTD. Also, did you buy the kit from the dealer or is there another (cheaper) place you can find them.

Also, just called the dealer and they don't know of a kit you can order.

Thanks in advance

www.rostra.com. Not too bad to install. Good price, excellent product (they build oem stuff)
If you have probs the upholistry shops can re and re the seat covers for you.

I'm waiting on the UPS truck right now to get here with mine. I ordered them off ebay. This company normally has them on ebay for a cheaper price. But they don't have any listed right now.

Here's the one's I bought.
