Waranty Question?

My 02 has 84k miles on it so i know its still under waranty. But my question is that my oil pan is starting to leak, is this something that factory waranty will cover?

It should. But thats a guess. It would be best to see a dealer for the correct answer.

I will bet your blow by bottle is full and the fan and air flow under the hood is blowing it all over. Most likely you wont have a leak. Read your owners manual it tells you to service the bottle as routine maintenance.

silversmoker, I had the same kind "leak" under my truck. I relocated my breather bottle to the frame rail, powerwashed, and cleaned up around where all the oil was. Now after a few weeks of being relocated my engine no longer looks like it has an oil leak under it. I would relocate your breather bottle and clean up where the oil is really well and drive it for a few days or so to make sure its not an oil leak.
