VP44 problems

well, after all the posts that i have written and read i finally got my truck scanned. it gave me the wonderful P 0216 code (injector pump timing malfunction) i also noticed that i have some sort of power programmer that was plugged in under the hood. i ahve attached a picture of it. you can see im my hand the connectors. it looks like it used to have a sticker as to what is was but thats about it. i have looked at all prgrammers that i can and the only one that i can think that it is is the edge EZ.

It's basically an Edge EZ. I think there were a couple of companies rebranding and selling the same box, but Edge was the original model.

On the box there are 2 small allen hex screws, once they are removed you will see a very small jumper between very small pins, there should be three on top and three on the bottom, the jumper goes between top and bottom. To adjust remove the jumper and move it left to right, ( there are only three adjustments) that is the way it gets adjusted, once you have found which setting is go for you, make sure you put the cover back on the box, and make sure that
