Vibration around 40mph

I have the same vibration on my 02. Had the tires balanced and still shaking.

If you have a 2 piece drive shaft I would suspect the center support bearing.

I'm having the exact same issue same speed. Very noticeable. Just had tires rotated and balanced. And all bearings checked. Don't feel it in the steering. But in the truck itself.

I would hope that admin fixed this problem already as he was describing this issue 18 YEARS ago.
