I am going to re-seal my vacuum pump this weekend and have been looking into what I need. I have the instructions referenced in an earlier thread and the seal. What size socket do I need to drive the pump apart in order to access the seal? I assume that I drive it apart from the power steering pump end? Looks like PVC pipe is the tool of choice to insall the new seal, any idea what size?
