Update and New problem, Advice???

Well I got my truck back from the dealership, they installed a new injector pump. I decided to check for new codes and of course there were. They were P0122 and P1964. Any advice on what to do? And of course my warranty ends on Friday

Dont waste your time here right now call the dealer and ask them why? Maybe its as simple as they forgot to clear the codes.
