Um...Bad code?

I have an 02 24V with about 91,000 on it and today got my first engine light. So at lunch hour I headed over to a Yota dealership where my buddy works to pull the codes and I got a PO253(I think. Bad memory)- Injector pump voltage reading low. I have heard that the PO216 is the BAD one but anybody know exactly what mine means? I will be changing the fuel filter and doing a pressure test but I would like any info available on that code.

Thanks

Ryan

Everything I've read leads me to believe you've got a bad VP. Do a search on "P0253" and you'll find plenty reading. I guess it falls into the same category as the P0216 ... sorry!

Code is gone... The night before it happened the temp here was about 12 below and it never got above ten that day. Could that have had anything to do with it?

Thyanks
