two trucks two questions
My 99 dodge when pulling a load of any size the transmission will skip over drive and go straight to lockup when u press the brake it will come out of lock up and directly back in. When empty it will not go into lock up. it shifts smooth does not slip. I have heard there was problems with the automatics in those years and have seen a couple of trucks with a switch for the transmission on the dash? 60k on truck
This problem makes the truck bad to pull with
My 01 keeps eating the boost sensor 5 in 100k any ideas

I had a problem with my 99 and it turned out to be a broken wire in the wireing harness. I have also had to disconnect both batteries for a few minutes and let the computer reset. Hope this works for you.
