Have a 99 2500/ 24 valve, been kicking around the idea of replacing my lift pump, with an Air Dog System . Not being a diesel mechanic, I see the new system mounts to the frame, do you just un hook the original LP and leave it in place after the new install?
Does the new Air Dog system negate the old fuel filter? Those are just a few things that are keeping me from trying to do it myself. Just trying to save a lil money if I could on the labor. Thanks!

 

I left the old pump on the block. Dunno about the filter with that pump.

 

Havent been to the site for awhile guys, should have kept going through the pages, saw a couple articles on Raptor LP's . Thinking I'll just take it to a shop when I finally deside. Thanks for the help!
