i tought it was the fuel system changed the stock filter and my racor filter both pumps working good holley blue and stock lift pump 22psi at idle 17 cruzing
so i ruled out fuel and now i noticed it only does it in OD if i click out the over drive its fine checked all the plugs to the tranz
could it be the converter? or some thing to do with the valve body could it be the bands how often do you have to adj? the truck has only 53000 miles
its not a major surge it just kinda feels like the converter is locking on and off idk im stumped

Yes sounds like the convertor locking/unlocking. Do a search lots of ideas from battery terminals to bad od solonoid to noise filters etc.....
