fuel sitting on top of motor

i have a fuel leak somewhere, somehow. What is under the plate on the driver side of the motor that holds all the injector lines and it runs the length of the block? The fuel filter is mounted on the side of it also. Is it just a plate? The fuel is sitting around it. Kinda looks like injector 5 or 6 might be where the fuel is coming from, or from that plate. Do the o-rings from the injector feed tube just go bad? Everything was fine until lastnight when i noticed it.

i purple powered the top today and then fired it up. Looks like fuel is leaking outta injector 3. Think it could be the o-ring on the fuel feed tube?
