Transmission leak

I have a 98.5, the front pump seal was leaking so I pulled the tranny and put a new seal in, didn't have any play in the pump shaft and the torque converter looked good, no burrs or lip where the seal rides, and no cracks or deformities on the torque converter. It's a billet triple disc converter. Finished putting the tranny back in and drove it around for a bit, and it's still dripping out of the inspection cover! Trans is not overfull. Any ideas??

Maybe the seal between pump and case leaks. Any funny shifting or low line pressure symptoms?

Didn't pull the pump but there wasn't any visual evidence of it leaking there. No issues with shifting or anything

Well, maybe you got a dud seal, or you nicked it while installing the TC. Or your billet TC has a slightly different diameter of the pump shaft than the stocker.
